As you may or may not know Lil' Wayne and actress Lauren London just welcomed a baby boy into their lives not too long ago. And now Lil' Wayne and Nivea are expecting the arival of their child very soon, she looks like she's going to pop any day now! It has also been reported that Lil' Wayne may have another jumpoff believed to be either asian or latino pregnant also. And on top of that he already has a daughter with his ex wife Toya. Hey I guess it aint trickin if you got it!!!
